Very professional. Kyle is amazing. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions and makes you feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with the care and treatment provided by Dr. Mccraw. He works with me to accommodate the treatment path I prefer, and advises me expertly along the way. One of the best doctors I've had in my 64 years, and there have only been a few that I would rate this highly. If you have the pleasure of being treated by him you will know why I hold him in such high regard.

My daughter and I really like meeting Kyle. He explained everything thoroughly to us and made sure that all of our questions were answered. Office staff is very kind to us as well. I am glad my doctor wanted me to come to this office.

Each visit offers a highly consistent level of quality of services, from check-in to check-out. Very personal attention, each patient is treated as a unique and important individual. Cleanliness is top drawer, the character of doctors and nurses are topnotch; you will be cared for.

I showed up 15 before with paperwork already filled out. I was seen at appointment time. Maybe 30-35 people in spacious front room. Very long counter for patience check in in open office space. Nice

The staff is great and Kevin the PA is amazing. What really distracts is the check in which is the worst of any office I have ever seen. The line was out past the doors when I got there. There are 3 at the desk yet only one was helping patients. There is ZERO urgency. They take their time and the other two occasionally will help when people started getting restless. This is not isolated. This is my 3rd visit and check in sucked each time. I am thinking of going to another practice so I don’t have to face this again. It’s only the front desk that is aweful. All other staff were fast and efficient. If only the front could match

The staff, nurses, and doctors are all friendly and professional. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable and answers all my questions. The office and rooms are clean and spacious. The wait time was reasonable.

Las Vegas Urology, the Hendeson Green Valley location, has taken very good care of my husband. The office staff, doctors, nurses, and surgery scheduler are top notch. They care and are so helpful. So glad we found them.
